ABOUT THE authors
Sally-Ann Creed is a qualified clinical nutritionist in private practice, and author of  the bestseller, Let Food Be Your Medicine.  Having been sick for most of her life – ending up on 17 prescription drugs – God wonderfully led her to Dr Simons, a nutritionally-orientated medical doctor who helped her back to health through food and supplementation.  She went on to study nutrition, and today is blessed to be able to help people regain their health.  On the Board of Experts of the South African Journal of Natural Medicine, Sally-Ann has been a regular contributor to this magazine for several years, as well as the health writer for Christian Living Today magazine since 2004.  Her passion is to see women both spiritually and physically healthy, set free to a lifestyle of God’s grace. She contributes regularly to national magazines, and speaks to groups when invited to do so. You can visit her website at www.sallyanncreed.co.za.

Aldyth Thomson was a high school English and history teacher for 17 years until 2004. She has been an organiser of the Beauty for Ashes women’s conference since its inception in 1996 and her passion is to see women encouraged in their faith, absolutely sure of God’s great love for them. In December 2004 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was herself encouraged by so many wonderful women. She has lived in Ghana, West Africa, for the past four years, returning to South Africa for some months every year to help organise the conferences. She is married with three grown children.

Some very good points but as always, there must be peer-reviewed scientific studies to back up any statements.

Thank you Aldyth & Sally-Ann this journal is just all you need to know on health issues. I am presently on the 23rd week Vitamins. I have not enjoyed another journal as much as I have done this one. It has contributed to my physical and spiritual health in an amazing way. I have lost 5kg since starting the journal and now go to gym at least 3 times a week. I feel amazing. I have changed how we do food in our home. I recommend that every women use your journal a least once in their lives.

    Love & regards
    Carol
